We are looking to add a sales and marketing ambassador to our team. The ideal candidate will have boundless enthusiasm and a desire to become a key player at HEROweb. In this position, you'll work with clients to line up projects and keep them on track, you'll work with sales staff and developers to define and clarify project specifications, you'll develop business processes and help with administrative tasks. Overall Responsibilities
- Work with sales staff to create proposals for clients and close sales.
- Work with production staff to keep projects on time and budget.
- Develop processes to improve delivery of services.
- Work with marketing team to implement HEROweb marketing plan.
- Represent HEROweb at trade shows and community events.
- Assist in business administration tasks.
Essential Functions
- Develop expertise in HEROweb services and technology.
- Create compelling and clear proposals for client projects.
- Assist in executing marketing plan for HEROweb/MightyMerchant.
- Assist in developing creative marketing ideas.
- Communicate with our customer base (via blog/email/newsletter/social).
- Help develop processes for delivery of marketing services.
- Work with web developers to keep projects on track.
- Update and test web sites.
- Assist in building multiple avenues of lead generation.
- Follow up with leads.
- Document all work processes.
- Build customer confidence and excitement about our products.

Compensation
$32,000 - $36,000 annually
Includes:
Medical Insurance (80% covered by HEROweb, available if working full-time)
5 Paid Holidays
5 Paid days off annually, after 6 months
